Why we love it

A traditional heirloom spice grown around our coconut plantations. Traditionally harvested using wooden sticks to avoid damaging the root & sun dried before being hand milled.

Turmeric has an earthy, slightly peppery flavour.

The highest grade of turmeric, with nothing added.

EAT

Use in curries, stews, soups & dressings. A staple in many Asian cuisines.

DRINK

Add to teas, coffee, juices & smoothies.

NOURISH

Blend with milk & spices of your choice for a deliciously creamy golden milk.

Note; curcumin is best absorbed by the body when taken in combination with a fat (such as coconut oil or coconut milk) & a crack of black pepper.
