We use every part of the coconut
BLOSSOM
Coconut Nectar is nectar from the stem of the blossom of the coconut tree. It is harvested using traditional methods handed down through generations of sap-tapping families.
Coconut Sugar is the dehydrated nectar. It is pure and unrefined, with nothing artificial added.
TREE SAP
Coconut Cider Vinegar is made by distilling the sap of the coconut tree. Our vinegar is unfiltered and still contains the mother, so you will see it at the bottom of the bottle. Just give the bottle a shake before using.
Coconut Aminos is made by combining the cider vinegar with a dash of coconut nectar and a pinch of sea salt. We then ferment in barrels that have been infused with bird’s eye chili, garlic & onion.
COIR
Coconut coir is the fibre extracted from the outer husk of the coconut, found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of the coconut. We use coconut coir to make our Donut Scrubbers and Sponges.
SHELL
The shell is the strongest part of the coconut. We repurpose our coconut shells into Bowls, Spoons and Soap Dishes. Each shell is cleaned, shaped, sanded, and polished using coconut oil, all by hand. With the correct care coconut shell products can last a lifetime, and when you’re done with them, you can return them to nature and they will compost.
FLESH
Coconut flesh is the edible white meat lining the inside of a coconut, also called the kernel. You can eat it fresh or it can be made into a wide range of edible products. We use the raw coconut flesh to make our Virgin Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk and Creamed Coconut Butter.
We toast the coconut flesh and pound it to a creamy consistency to make our Toasted Coconut Butter.
To make our Coconut Jam and Cacao Spread we caramelise the flesh of the coconut with coconut nectar.
WATER
Coconut Water comes from the very centre of the coconut. Our King Coconut Water has no added sugar or preservatives, and is naturally full of electrolytes, making it a premium source of natural hydration. It also contains no fat or cholesterol.
